The Evolution of EMR system has promoted the information technology in the medical industry. The EMR software plays a major role to develop the information system, health care, patient care, Medical care. The inadequacy of Paper-based medical records was replaced by current medical recordkeeping procedures to achieve the unique management of information within the hospitals and also able to share the health record with other healthcare when it is needed during the emergency hours. Despite the need for a new record-keeping paradigm, most organizations have found it challenging to try to move to a paperless, computer-based clinical record.
